Keith Chop
As a co-founder of Alinea, Keith has approximately 30 years of experience in healthcare industry and operations consulting, much of it with hospital providers. Prior to The Alinea Group, Keith was a Director and led the 340B service line at Navigant Consulting, which included implementation services, contract pharmacy development, and compliance and audit services. Keith’s primary areas of focus at Navigant were service line oversight, project management, sales, and client development.
Prior to Navigant, Keith served as a Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP, and focused in the areas of 340B, revenue cycle, operations improvement, and finance and regulatory services. He also held positions at The Ohio State University Medical Center and Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where he served as an Administrative Fellow and focused on hospital operations and ambulatory services. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and MHSA from the University of Kansas.
Keith currently resides in Fishers, Indiana, with his wife and three children. When he is not working with his clients at Alinea, Keith spends his time coaching his children, gardening, and landscaping, collecting wine, and following his beloved Iowa Hawkeyes.
Sherilyn Hutchison
Sherilyn is an expert in 340B optimization, utilization, and compliance with over 19 years pharmacy experience in retail and hospital settings. She started her career as a pharmacy technician in retail and moved on to perform many roles in Hospital Pharmacy which included IV admixing, pharmacy buyer, training technicians, revenue cycle, 340B program administration and analytics.
Sherilyn is passionate about 340B and uses her vast pharmacy operations knowledge to serve Alinea Clients on optimizing their 340B programs while helping to align with program intent. While highly analytical and efficient, she approaches tasks from the foundation up to make lasting improvements.
Sherilyn currently resides in Spokane Valley, Washington. She is a 340B Subject Matter Expert and has been a 340B ACE for over 3 years. She is always striving to advance her knowledge base and help our clients.
Anna-Marie Oakes
Anna-Marie is a pharmacist and 340B subject matter expert. She lends first-hand experience from the covered entity perspective and recognizes the challenges of regulatory compliance in daily operations. She has a successful history of optimizing pharmacy performance and leading 340B programs with proven compliance.
Anna-Marie is also a subject matter expert in TJC Medication Management standards, and USP 797 & 800. She received her degree in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh, and her MBA through Youngstown State University. Anna-Marie lives in northeast Ohio, just outside of Cleveland.
Christine Farmer
Christine has committed the last 16 years to the 340B program beginning her pharmacy consulting career at Huron Consulting and later as Senior Manager and national lead at Deloitte Consulting.
Christine has led 340B engagements for academic institutions, large healthcare systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. These engagements have included: evaluation of 340B program regulation adherence, contract pharmacy network implementations, split-billing software evaluation and selection, implementation of newly eligible 340B covered entities programs, HRSA audit preparation, mock audits, and 340B optimization.
In addition to consulting, Christine also has 10 years of experience in directly managing 340B programs at disproportionate share, sole-community, and children’s hospitals.
Christine was a 340B Apexus faculty member and has presented at several national conferences on various 340B topics. Christine holds an MBA from Columbia College and undergraduate degree for the University of Washington.
When Christine is not working, you will find her spending time with her twin 6-year-old girls, Everleigh and Katherine, her husband Nick, and dog GiGi.
Jamila Seibel
Jamila has a wealth of experience in many different facets of pharmacy and truly understands the medication use process as it relates to pharmacy operations, 340B integration, patient care, and healthcare outcomes.
Jamila has a strong background in pharmacy operations and pharmacy services implementation.
She has led a series of clinical program and clinical service initiatives at various healthcare institutions targeting high-risk medications, medication reconciliation, patient education, and cost containment. She has been involved with multiple committees dedicated to improving patient safety and quality standards, as well as complying with JCAHO National Patient Safety Goals and CMS regulations. Education and training are an important part of Jamila’s background and serve as a valuable service to Alinea’s clients. She has completed research and continuing education engagements in numerous areas of pharmacy practice, in addition to authoring two book chapters. As a member of The Alinea Group, Jamila brings a depth of knowledge and experience gained through hands-on work and pharmacy practice in various healthcare settings. She understands the challenges faced by day-to-day caregivers and serves as a bridge between the technical, regulatory side of the 340B program and the functional and operational concerns of the client.
Prior to her career in consulting, Jamila was heavily engaged in direct patient care. She held the role of Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Pharmacist, and Clinical Assistant Professor.
Jamila holds a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (summa cum laude) from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She completed two years of ASHP-accredited residency training at Tampa General Hospital (PGY1) and Virginia Commonwealth University Health System (PGY2) and is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
When Jamila is not working, you can often find her traveling with her husband; they are a proud military family currently stationed in the Midwest. If not watching baseball or tending to their four-legged “kids”, they enjoy visiting new areas of the world experiencing the local food, people, and culture of the region.
Magdalena Ordon
Magdalena is a 340B subject matter expert with extensive operational experience in complex 340B settings. She is known for her expertise in project management, split billing and contract pharmacy implementations, data analysis and seeking synergistic solutions for her clients.
Prior to her career in consulting, Magdalena has served as a 340B subject matter expert for a third-party administrator leading cross-functional support teams and interpreting various data streams into business rules supporting program compliance. In her role as 340B program manager for one of the largest public health systems in the country, Magdalena has demonstrated her passion for excellence by spearheading multiple initiatives focused on 340B program optimization while maintaining highest standard of compliance. Magdalena’s 340B career started by designing and implementing 340B program for large health care district where she was responsible for all aspects of the 340B and pharmacy financial operations. Magdalena’s strong operational knowledge has resulted in multiple speaking engagements at 340B Coalition Conferences and 340B Health education webinars.
Magdalena holds a Master of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Poznan University of Economics and Business in Poland. She has continued her business education in London, UK where she completed multiple courses accredited by Cambridge University and London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
When Magdalena is not working with Alinea’s clients you will most likely see her spending time with her son and cheering him on a football field on the weekends. In her free time, she enjoys exploring South Florida beaches, reading books on neuroscience, epigenetics, and metaphysics, or working on her salsa dancing skills.
Shrujal Patel
As co-founder of Alinea, Shrujal applies deep operational expertise in the business of pharmacy and was formerly a key thought leader in Navigant Consulting’s pharmacy enterprise consulting practice. He has assisted several top ranked University Health Systems and Hospitals, Children’s Hospitals, Federal grantees, and Community hospitals with implementing and optimizing strategic pharmacy initiatives to mitigate risk and enhance revenue. Shrujal has spent the last 25 years utilizing his entrepreneurial spirit and complex problem-solving skills to assist healthcare, life science, and capital investment firms to maximize revenue and investment returns, reduce costs, and optimize operations.
Shrujal holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (cum laude) and a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs & Health Policy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences along with an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College (magna cum laude). Prior to his career in consulting, Shrujal held roles at a top 5 cancer hospital, venture capital firm, three Fortune 40 companies, and a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
When Shrujal is not working with clients, you can find him spending time with his wife and two boys. Shrujal enjoys watching and vigorously rooting for his New York sports teams, where he grew up.
Tim Olmstead
Tim is a co-founder and Managing Partner of the Alinea Group with more than 20 years of experience working in and consulting to the healthcare industry. Tim possesses a diverse background which includes engagement oversight and ongoing relationship management for several Top 30 health systems focused in pharmacy, performance improvement, and strategy. Over the past 15 years, Tim has extensive experience guiding hospitals in areas such as risk and strategy, cost reduction, revenue cycle, and provider business/operations.
In addition to consulting and managing Alinea client relationships, Tim currently carries out a variety of business operation duties for Alinea, including oversight of Alinea’s marketing, AR collections, talent acquisition, and various strategic growth initiatives and partnerships.
Prior to Alinea, Tim served as an analyst for a technology startup company managing strategic business initiatives and performance, later holding management and leadership roles at Ernst & Young and Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse).
Tim holds a bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University, where he was lettermen on the football team, with a focus in organizational development and leadership. In Tim’s spare time, he enjoys traveling, cycling, rooting for his Commodores, and spending time with his wife and two girls.
Russ Barron
Russ brings 18 years of technology consulting experience in the areas of data analytics, systems design and development, and business intelligence development, with 12 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. In addition to consulting, Russ is the lead architect of Alinea’s data analytics platform.
Prior to joining Alinea, Russ was a Senior Consultant for Navigant Consulting Inc.’s Pharmacy team, where he was a subject matter expert in information systems, pharmacy, and hospital integration. Russ has also worked with a service line consulting subsidiary of Zimmer, Inc., where he was a member of the orthopedics consulting unit. There, Russ was the architect of a large, web-based business intelligence system, providing clients insights into their hospital’s key performance indicators.
Russ completed his degree at University of Pittsburgh, and he currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a 340B (ACE) Apexus Certified Expert and Subject Matter Expert in 340B.
When Russ is not dodging flight delays or translating system specifications, he can most often be seen at home chasing after his kids and wondering how he ever wound up with a pet cat.
Amar Sharma
Amar is an expert in pharmacy regulations and public health and has served in a multitude of roles including medication compliance, regulatory Compliance, and 340B Program administration, pharmacy consulting, patient financial assistance design, and other pharmacy operational and business strategic services.
As a subject matter expert and advisor for Alinea and Alinea clients, Amar leverages hands-on knowledge to assist Alinea clients with areas ranging from day-to-day management and optimization of their 340B compliance program to strategies for specialty drug capture and spend optimization.
Prior to Amar’s role as a 340B subject matter expert at Alinea, hospital 340B program manager, and pharmacy industry expert, Amar began his career as a pharmacy technician and later a pharmacy technician instructor within the University of California health system.
Amar currently resides in San Diego, Ca. He earned a Bachelors in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics and Masters in Public Health (MPH). He is a 340B Subject Matter Expert, bringing together data and regulatory expertise to help clients succeed.
Curtis Frazier
Mr. Frazier is a 340B subject matter expert with a demonstrated history of working in DSH hospitals and 340B health care clinics. He is a strong operations professional skilled in 340B compliance, split-billing, contract pharmacy management, payer relations, pharmacy billing, pharmacy analytics, and business development.
During his tenure at a 340B Grantee (HTC), their specialty pharmacy program grew to become one of the largest in the country. Curtis managed the day-to-day operations of the hemophilia specialty pharmacy including inventory management, payor relations, pharmacy billing (both medical and pharmacy benefits), personnel management and in-house 304B auditing. He later transitioned to one of the largest public health systems in the country, truly putting his 340B skills to the test. Curtis was a leader on the 340B team managing six hospitals totaling over 2,200 beds, four entity owned retail pharmacies, many off-site clinics, and 175+ contract pharmacies.
Curtis’s 340B experience has been nationally recognized with speaking invitations at multiple 340B Coalition Conferences and roundtable participation at CBI’s 340B Manufacturer Summit. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois State University. He is Green Belt certified in Six Sigma Methodology and holds an Advanced 340B Operations Certificate from Apexus.
Lovena Oifer
Lovena Oifer joined Alinea as an Executive Assistant in December of 2020 and brings over 25 years of experience in various support roles. At Alinea, Lovena applies her background as an administrative specialist and strong organizational skills to oversee duties such as calendar management, conference call scheduling, document review and preparation, AR management, and Invoice assistance, among other operational duties.
Prior to Alinea, Lovena served in a number of roles at several notable law firms. As a legal team specialist, Lovena provided administrative support to the corporate, real estate, construction and litigation departments.
Lovena earned her BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Texas San Antonio.
Scott Patton
Scott brings over 25 years of experience as an IS pharmacist with deep pharmacy systems and electronic medical record configuration expertise. As a leader, Scott has served as the lead IS pharmacist for a major pediatric hospital in the Midwest managing all facets of pharmacy systems and build out within the hospital setting.
At Alinea, Scott provides ongoing support, data analytics, pharmacy billing and charge capture, problem-solving, and consulting to various hospital systems utilizing his expertise as an EMR and pharmacy systems subject matter expert. Scott’s pharmacy software systems experience include the following programs: Zadall, Rx 2000, PDX, cp2000, Mediware WORx, Micromedex, Pyxis Medstation, Pyxis CII Safe, Baxa Abacus, Baxa TPN compounder, Zynx Authorspace, Cerner Millenium, EPICRx, EPICCare, Willow, Willow Ambulatory, Craneware and ASAP.
In addition to speaking engagements in various pharmacy forums related to pharmacy EMR system optimization, Scott presents on a regular basis for The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy PHR 821 class with a focus in pediatric informatics. Scott is a registered pharmacist in the state of Ohio and holds a BS in Pharmacy from The Ohio State University with complementing coursework in astronomy, focus in engineering, and computer science. In addition to his pharmacy degree, Scott holds a degree from KB Institute of Technology in the Help Desk Professional Program.
Crista Parsons
Crista Parsons is a Consultant/Subject Matter Expert based in Columbus, Ohio. Crista comes to Alinea with a strong healthcare background, including over 20 years of experience in hospital pharmacy operations, finance, and business analysis. She combines her passions for healthcare and data analysis to assist clients in developing the best solutions to complex concerns.
Crista’s role at Alinea is supported by her extensive 340b knowledge, developed while she was responsible for 340b-related operations at a children’s hospital covered entity which also housed registered 340b HTC and Ryan White grantee programs. Additionally, she has worked on a broad range of projects including hospital medical and pharmacy billing, pharmacy income/revenue improvement, medication wholesaler cost-savings analysis and purchase optimization, as well as development of both capital and operating annual budgets. Crista has a proven ability to develop, implement and monitor operational programs that increase efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and maximize budget resources.
Prior to joining Alinea, Crista held roles as a Hospital Pharmacy Business Manager, 340b Coordinator, Ambulatory Pharmacy Billing Specialist, and a pharmacy technician in hospital, retail, and mail-order pharmacies. She has also been highly active in the Ohio Society of Health-System Pharmacy (OSHP) for over 20 years, including serving as the inaugural Pharmacy Technician Division Director from 2015-2017. Additionally, she served 5 years on Central-Ohio Society of Health-System Pharmacists (COSHP) Board of Directors as the pharmacy technician representative.
Crista earned an MBA with Data Analytics Concentration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, as well as a BS in Healthcare Information Services Management (Summa Cum Laude) from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. She is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and holds an Apexus Advanced 340b Operations Certificate.
